               Investors must qualify under The Patriot Act, Banking rules and

                    regulations, and The Securities and Exchange Commission.

                                       No hedge funds or pension plans.

                                           This is a private offering.

 

Minimum  $50,000. for 6 months.

 

                 $100,000.  for 6 months gives a guaranteed yield of 10% ($10,000.) where   

                   dividends of $2500. will be paid out every 3 months. Your initial  

                   investment is returned at the end of the year.

 

                  $500,000. 6 month minimum, 12%  = $60,000. /year; $15,000./qtr.*

 

                 $1,000,000. 6 month minimum  15% = $150,000./yr; $37,500/qtr*.

     The dividends will accrue from the time your money clears in TD bank or TD    

      Ameritrade, and will be adjusted pro rata.

 

You are given your total investment back within one year and you will recieve 1-3 shares of stock (depending on investment level) for three years. At the end of 3 years we will buy it back from you. This is basically a gift from us as a thank you for investing.

You will have access (to look) at the segregated account where your money will be placed. And being segregated, those funds will never be touched by us.

                                          We do not charge fees of any kind.
