It is faster to email all forms to you, but originals need to be mailed back to us.
1) The application is a legal contract and must be notarized, signed and returned to us.
2) We now send you a ‘Gov’t Form’, which also must be notarized, signed and returned to us.
3) We then review/correct and file papers with U.S. Gov’t who issues you a check in about 42 days.
Upon your check clearing, you agree to send us our commission (PayPal or check)
You are owed money by The United States Government
Our services include:
locating the recipient, processing the paperwork, ongoing communication with the government offices involved on your behalf, filing the necessary documents, and having money refunded to you within 6 weeks from the date your completed and verified paperwork is received by The U.S. Gov’t.
• Tracers do not work for U.S. Gov’t. but act as an agent representing the claimant due unclaimed money.
• U.S. Gov’t is not liable for a distributive share that remains unclaimed 6 years from the date notification was first sent to you. Time may be of the essence.
• The reason you have not already received this money is because the U.S. Gov’t says they were not able to find you.They obviously are not anxious to lose money which is collecting interest for them.
• We charge 18% for locating the claimants, (16% if you act promptly) and filing all of the necessary
paperwork which is very time consuming. This fee is paid by you to us AFTER you get the refund , as per
our contract with you.
AGAIN, THE U.S. GOVERNMENT OWES YOU THIS MONEY.

Most of our work as tracers is the locating of individuals like yourself. It is extremely time consuming. We also have to maintain a web site and execute an awful lot of long distance telephone calls. It is really for these reasons that we charge a fee. By the time you have read this a fair amount of money has already been spent on your behalf.
