Mid Island Homes, LLC. is a company involved in oil and gas production ; buying Real Estate; acquiring buildings with existing rent rolls; mergers and acquisitions.

We are looking for partners to help us acquire large residential developments with  existing rent rolls, and for money to drill more oil and gas on our existing leases in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kentucky. We already own all of the drilling rigs and equipment.

 

• You will be partners with us on all projects, whether it be a building, gas station or company.

• All accounts are transparent and your money will be held in segregated accounts. You will be able to watch as money is deposited. We will give you the banks name, and the account number. How much more transparent do you need a company to be?

 

We are asking you to invest money with us for six months to one year. After one year, we will return it to you. And we will  give you 1-3 shares of our stock for 3 years. Of course you will also get the 10 to 15 % return in addition as well as your original investment. You may redeem that stock with us at any time, but it will not be transferable to others. Dividends will be paid every three months, and will start from the time your check clears in TD Bank or TD Ameritrade.
